For the European market, the European Commission pointed out that on March 1, 2008, the export of solid wood flooring and solid wood composite flooring to Europe must be attached with CE certification label (in accordance with the European standard en14342 of the construction product directive cpd 89 / 106 / EEC); the flooring materials such as laminate flooring, PVC flooring and resilient flooring began in March 2007, CE certification label must be attached for export to Europe (in accordance with the construction product directive cpd 89 / 106 / EEC, en14041)

At the same time, for the CE certification of wood floor, reinforced floor, elastic floor and carpet, the EU announcement agency with floor certification qualification should be selected to test, evaluate and certify according to system 3 (description on the certificate), so as to be recognized by the vast number of European buyers, especially big buyers, and truly and effectively avoid the European technical barriers and sell freely.

Floor testing certification - Chinese standard:

The national standards that have been officially promulgated and implemented in China include national standard for solid wood flooring (GB / t15063-94), national standard for impregnated paper laminated wood flooring (laminate flooring) (GB / T18102-2000) and national standard for solid wood composite flooring (GB / T18103-2000). The industry standard for bamboo flooring has been formulated and will be published soon. The national standards for integrated wood flooring and cork flooring are being formulated or reported In the batch, before the standard has been issued, China's production enterprises refer to the similar product standards of the United States, Germany, Japan and other countries for production.

In addition, the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China and the certification and Accreditation Administration of the people's Republic of China jointly issued the catalogue of the second batch of products subject to compulsory product certification (i.e. "3C certification") on January 15, 2004. It is clearly stipulated that solvent based wood coatings, porcelain tiles and concrete antifreeze must pass compulsory 3C certification. Since August 1, 2005, the decoration products listed in the catalogue that have not obtained the compulsory product certification certificate and the compulsory certification mark of China ("3C" mark) are not allowed to leave the factory, sell, import or use in other business activities.
