1、 Pre consultation

You can apply to us by telephone, fax, e-mail or any other means (such as: what kind of certification to apply for, product type, purpose, specific model and specification, product sample and description, etc.). Then our staff will give the corresponding application form. Please fill in the application form in detail.

We will answer relevant questions to you according to the situation you provide, and assist you to analyze the correct certification scheme required by your company's products, And explain to you the procedures and problems related to the certification. After the preliminarily estimated certification fee is approved by you, ask us for the certification agency service agreement (certification business treaty concluded by both parties to clarify their responsibilities and obligations, in duplicate) and other relevant documents.

2、 Signing and payment

Please send the signed and sealed certification application and certification service agreement in the way determined by both parties, with each party holding one copy. Our company formally accepts and establishes the project after receiving the certification application and certification service agreement. The applicant shall pay the test certification fee in the terms of the agreement. After receiving the payment certificate from your company, we will appoint a professional project engineer to be responsible for this project, and start the work arrangement of sample testing in the laboratory, product technical document review and factory inspection in your company (if Factory review is required).

3、 Technical support (optional)

At your request, our staff will explain to you the standards and safety requirements related to your products; arrange simulation test and structure pre inspection; translate Chinese materials into English, etc. (the cost of the above technical support will be determined according to the specific workload.)

4、 Send for inspection

Our staff will submit the samples, materials and expenses you provided to the corresponding certification agency or laboratory, and timely track the progress of the certification project and feed back the test information until the end of the project.

5、 Repeat test

During the feedback of our staff on the progress of certification work, if the test results of the samples do not meet the requirements of the standard, you can rectify the samples, send the samples again, and repeat the test. We will inform you in time of the sample requirements and exact costs of the repeated tests, as well as the technical documents required to be further modified by the certification body, such as the certification body's application form, structure parameter form, tracking service agreement, etc. We will give rectification opinions and assist you in sample rectification.

6、 Factory inspection (if included in the certification project applied for)

After passing the inspection, the certification body will send auditors to your factory to inspect whether the factory's test and production process meet the requirements, and whether the products are consistent with the samples sent for inspection. This inspection is a necessary condition for obtaining a certificate. We can help you with the preparation work.
